Lower Levels is the Film Project created by Ciarán McGrath in 2023.

Lower Levels follows the newly minted repairman Hattle, who joins a repair team to venture deep beneath the city to affect repairs on the machinery below.

Lower Levels is a combination of Stop-motion and CGI Animation.
